Intriguing Donation: Unknown Donor Leaves Sweets and Cash at Polish Orphanage

Date:

In the tranquil village of Długie in southeast Poland, a metal box triggered a wave of excitement and apprehension when it was discovered in front of the orphanage. The box came with a handwritten note reassuring locals that it was a donation. Local news portal Krosno112.pl received an anonymous call providing the code to unlock the chest.

An Unexpected Donation

A handwritten note was found in the metal box saying: “Please don’t be afraid. The package is a donation. Nothing dangerous.” As policemen carefully opened the box, they were astounded to find it overflowing with an abundance of sweets and 100 zł banknotes. The metal box, adorned with the reassuring message, had been left outside the children’s home early in the morning. Although the unknown visitor was noticed, attempts to engage in conversation were futile as the person quickly departed.

The identity of the donor

The identity of the donor remains unknown. Internet users speculated that a popular YouTube influencer known as ‘The Budda’ could be behind the gesture. A photo resurfaced showing him holding a license plate with the numbers 777, aligning with the code given to unlock the box. However, he denied any involvement, explaining that the photo was taken a year ago.

Investigations are underway to determine the source of the cash. The police are committed to ensuring that the money does not originate from theft or illegal activities. For now, the cash is being kept in a secure location. The mysterious incident has captured the attention of the village and the wider public, igniting curiosity and intrigue. Despite the initial concerns, the unexpected donation has opened up possibilities for positive changes within the orphanage offering an opportunity to consider potential modernization and renovation projects. The local community looks forward to discovering the truth behind this unusual event.
